How do I place an order?
Browse our collections, add items to your cart and check out. You will receive an order confirmation email right after your purchase.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it has not shipped. Email us at support@handbagifyy.com as soon as possible with your order number.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which may include major credit and debit cards and other secure payment options.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through Shopify's secure, encrypted checkout. We never store your full card details.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Standard delivery within the United States typically takes 7–14 business days after processing. See our Shipping Policy.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is FREE on all orders within the United States. International shipping rates are shown at checkout before you pay.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. You can also visit our Track Your Order page.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to selected countries. Available destinations and rates are shown at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You can return unused items in original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will send a replacement or a full refund.

We are an independent retailer. Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
